Our new calculator shows what it costs to extend the CRM you already have.

We built a CRM integration cost calculator because most vendor conversations start the same way: replace the thing you have. That is the easiest pitch to make and usually the wrong answer. Most companies do not have a CRM problem. They have a connection problem. The CRM works. It just does not talk to the systems around it, so someone builds a spreadsheet to bridge the gap, and that spreadsheet quietly becomes load bearing.

We also noticed that nobody in this market will give you a straight number. Ask what integration costs and the answer is always the same: book a call, and we will get back to you after a couple of meetings. That is a lot of time to spend before anyone tells you what you are actually paying for.

So we built a calculator that gives you a real number in about a minute, on your own volumes, before any call happens.

What the CRM integration cost calculator does

You put in what you already have and what you are trying to fix: order status notifications, e-signature, WhatsApp or SMS messaging, integrations into your CRM or service desk. The calculator works out what it would cost to add, using your own numbers rather than a generic price list.

It is built on top of the platforms we are accredited on: Infobip, Zapier and Docusign. If you are already running any of these, or thinking about it, the estimate reflects real usage costs, not a guess.

It is also POPIA-ready by design. Service messages about a customer’s own order are not cold marketing, and the calculator’s estimates carry that housekeeping with them: consent, opt-out, and a record of what was sent.

What it does not do

It does not replace a discovery call if your situation is genuinely complex. It does not sell you a bigger platform than you need. If your volumes are high enough that a tool like Zapier stops making sense, the calculator will tell you that too, rather than quietly recommending it anyway.

It also is not a lead form dressed up as a tool. There is no sales pitch behind it. You get a number, and what you do with it is up to you.

Try the calculator

If any of this sounds familiar, the CRM integration cost calculator is live on our site now. Put in your own numbers and see what it costs to extend what you already have, not replace it.
